Creating a DramaFree Culture

  • Foothills Unitarian Church 1815 Yorktown Ave Fort Collins, CO, 80526 United States (map)

What would it be like if when you detect low level conflict, you had the ability to get curious, ask questions and move swiftly to learn from one another and then move to a new informed position?

Once you understand how Drama works, in others and most importantly in your own individual and unique ‘system’, you can start to influence those around you for everyone’s benefit. Reducing drama in your system increases the potential for everyone to have more effective communication, less unhelpful friction, healthier relationships, and significantly better results.

If you are a leader or team member responsible for organizational effectiveness, or are someone who wants to reduce drama for yourself and others in your organization, family, or community, this three-day intensive workshop is for you.

This program includes a larger public workshop on Monday, 12 Aug 2024, and an extended Tuesday - Wednesday workshop to go deeper with your team toward becoming DramaFree.

We highly recommend you bring others to join you on your DramaFree journey for shared learning and to be able to use real examples from your real-life experience together.

This workshop includes meals, snacks, and materials to support you as you learn how to reduce Drama in your workplace, family, and community.

Trebuchet Group is excited to partner with Dr. Caitlin Walker, world-leading facilitator for enabling #DramaFree conversations, and author of From Contempt to Curiosity - creating the conditions for groups to collaborate - with clean language and systemic modelling.
