Assume most of your stories are wrong. Prejudging another’s intentions limits both of you more than you realize. In this session, analyze the stories you tell and challenge them so you can observe what is truly happening, get a shared understanding, and work together fully.

Look for diamonds in the dirt. Helping others see their own strengths allows their greatness to shine. In this session, we will examine others’ greatness, possible limitations, and how to help them grow past what is holding them back.
