Know what’s in the black box. An understanding of your organization’s parts and connections is required to help everything work together. In this session, create a vision of your business as a system to get the big picture of how you can improve and build on the strengths that exist.
Work backward from the outcome. Start with where you want to end up, then trace back each preceding step to today. In this session, improve your ability to work backwards by reviewing company goals, figuring out desired outcomes and shared outcomes and review systems that support meeting goals.
